Welcome To Asian Islamic Community

Asian Islamic Community (Asiatische Kultuegemeinde der IGGÖ) is a registered organization approved by the Federal Chancellery (Bundeskanzleramt), Republic of Austria. It is a multinational Islamic religious community as well as an umbrella organization constituted with many mosques of several provinces in Austria.

It was established that the Muslims originated from different Asian countries, including Bangladesh. The Asian Islamic Community is an independent corporation under public law, and it is part of the Islamic Religious Authority in Austria (IGGÖ). It promotes social, cultural, spiritual, meditational, religious, and educational activities for Muslims living in Austria. It has over 1000 active members and several thousand passive members (supporters). It reports to the central shura committee and supreme council of Islamic Religious Authorities in Austria (IGGÖ).

Mission

To provide holistic services that address the religious, educational, social, and welfare needs of Muslims. We represent Asian Muslim communities within the IGGÖ through the central shura committee and supreme council.

Our vision is to foster a spiritually connected, culturally vibrant, and socially empowered Muslim community in Austria while promoting peaceful coexistence and interfaith harmony.
